How do we turn off auto scrolling in Google Chrome?

It happens most of the time with us that we visit a site and immediately we start scrolling down to see more articles, but as the page finishes up loading and an ad or huge image appears above your mouse position, your scroll bar jumps back up and you lose your position. Now we have got a solution to this problem. Users now can prevent auto scrolling in Chrome on every page they visit.

Here's how to do that,

1. First of all, launch Google Chrome.

2. Now type this in your search box: chrome://flags/#enable-scroll-anchoring of your browser.

3. Set smooth scrolling option to enabled.

 4. Now simply click on Relaunch button.

Now, your scroll bar would not  jump up when a  advertisement (or other large image) loads at the top of the page.
