Why do the deleted bookmarks reappear in Google Chrome?

 It's possible when your Chrome Sync data gets corrupted. On clearing the data from the servers of Google and starting completely clean with your Google account is the only path to fix this form of issues.

To stop and clear your synced data or reset it,  follow these given steps:

1. First, open Google dashboard.

2. I have not signed in to my account to show you. But make sure that you are signed in to your Google Account.
3. Then, simply click on Stop and Clear option to stop syncing and clear all of your synced data from the servers of Google.

4. Then click on OK. 

A special note that you  need to do this once only. It will stop sync on all of your devices where you have signed in with your Google account. But your data will be safe and available in Chrome cloud on your device(s).

After completing these steps, you can re-login to your Google account and retrieve your stored data back without any problems.
